I am super excited about the new Dizzee Rascal album, Maths + English. Sirens is a BUFF HYPE track. He’s getting mad skills at rhyming. Definitely one of my fave mcs from the UK at the moment. Nice to see Ben Drury back on the case on the album sleeve! Anyway, the album is out at the beginning of June. Go out and buy it, even if the Arctic Donkeys are on it. Sorry, I mean monkeys. Oh and Dizzee, sort out your website. Its WACK! Check out the latest video for Sirens below.
This is the trailer for the first film as scripted by Douglas Coupland. I am worried because the trailer says Fall 2006? Anyway it looks good.
Recently I have managed to get hold of some of the elusive mixcds by Force Of Nature djs, DJ KZA and DJ Kent. These mixes are fantastic and full of weird records I would love to own and some of the records used in the mixes I do own! Brilliant! Anyway, thanks to newstench in the UNKLE77 forum. If you can ever find any stuff by Force Of Nature, I recommend picking them up.
Recently Analogue books in Edinburgh had a Jon Burgerman exhibition. It was called Free Lunch and the idea was to bring him something for his lunch the next day and if you did, you would receive a free gift! The free gift was a nice little screen printed postcard. I should scan it in and show you all, but that would involve plugging my scanner in. Anyway, the show was excellent and I bought a nice screen print by him. I should take a photo of it. Back to the story, it was a great little exhibition and Jon has updated his website with some pictures from the night. I’m in these photos!
Seens that Andrea Parker has released a compilation of her old tunes. Wicked! Been after some of these for a while. Check out the tracklisting.

I found this guy, Dan McPharlin through a link to his flickr account. Anyway, I really like his work. Its kind of 70s sci fi stuff, which I really like. Check out his website and download his portfolio.
Ghostly International is one of those labels that I actually keep meaning to buy stuff from. Luckily they have some free mp3s to download on their site, so you should go along and do that. I need to get the new Dabrye album. 1/3 was dope and I am sure the new one will be just as good! He was good when I caught him live last summer.
