Another tv show that I have watched while being unwell is Band Of Brothers. It follows a company of American paratroopers as they train and then fight their way through Europe during the Second World War. This is one of the best mini-series I have ever seen. Its really well filmed and I was surprised that most of the series was filmed on the one giant filming lot. It was also interesting to see behind the scenes. I like how it looks very washed out and although it is in colour, it feels like it is actually black and white due to the lack of colour.

I’ve been ill recently and not been able to do much but I have managed to watch the first three series of Mad Men. It’s about an advertising agency in New York during the 60s. It does take a while to get going, but I found the 2nd series to have some great moments in it and also the end of the 3rd series is great too. The thing I like about it best is all the furniture and artwork that appears in the offices. Anyway, check out the trailer above and see if you fancy it.
I’ve been enjoying the first couple of episodes of this. Nice to see a Zombie TV series. I think I am just obsessed with the end of the world scenario though. Check it out if you can.
I am really looking forward to this. Not long until it is on the TV. I’ll even tune in live to watch it. Not been this excited about something on terrestrial TV for ages. It is being shown on September the 7th on Channel 4.
Above are some clips from the BBC‘s new adaptation of Day Of The Triffids. Its going out on the 28th and 29th of December. I’m quite excited to see what they have done with the story.

I’ve been enjoying season one of The Wire again. It’s pretty good if you look police shows.
